Clean room, professional staff, good location in the city center of Lausanne. Reachable by feet or bus from the main train station.

The location is at the upper level of the town with easy access to the historic areas. There is also a funicular rail locally which goes down through the town to the lake. Dining and bars are really good with a fine selection to suit all tastes.

- The room was spacious and very well isolated (we couldn't hear anything from outside). - The windows have good shutters and curtains. - The ventilation system worked well but we still felt the need to open the window which is not possible unfortunately. - The towels were changed every day! - The bed was very comfy!!! - The breakfast price was very good, I recommend trying at least one time since everything was tasty ( boiled/scrambled eggs, sausages, multiple types of bread/ cheese / yogurt / cereals/ sliced ham, some vegetables/fruits)

The room was a little small, but had a big comfortable bed, a small couch, small table, 1 chair, TV with many, many channels with some English ones which was good, a well appointed bathroom with shower, clean carpet, a window you could open and light resistant curtains and blind. The location to the Theatre Beaulieu was extremely good with the 21 bus stopping just up from the hotel or across the road to get back to the main railway station. Plenty of shops around with a COOP within waling distance.

The cleanliness standards are impeccable, maintaining a high level throughout the hotel. The location is excellent, making it convenient to explore Lausanne. Everything about our stay was exceptional, and we're already planning to return. Furthermore, one noteworthy perk of staying at Ibis Lausanne Centre is the complimentary public transport tickets provided. This thoughtful inclusion adds tremendous value to the guest experience, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city without any additional cost. It's a fantastic amenity that reflects the hotel's commitment to enhancing guests' overall stay. Highly recommended for a delightful and comfortable experience!
